Listeners become talkers, Readers become _________.
You probably thought 'Writers!', in that case, you are...... both right and wrong.
????
What I mean is, in my case, that's true, I read a lot, then I became a writer, but not for everyone.
Most people in the world can read, but if that statement above was always true, everyone would be writers!
But as you can see, people are firefighters, police, etc, etc, etc.
Reading doesn't make you a writer, just like going to a barn doesn't make you a cow.
It's a person's choice to be a writer, it's also a very difficult choice.
For example, writers are the only people prone to these minor (but dangerous) diseases:
Writers Block
My-hand-hurts-itism
Why-won't-my-brain-work-syndrome
And much much MUCH more.
But still, none of those things can stop writers, writing is like a wave in a football match, or like dominoes, once you start it, you can't stop.
I also forgot this other disease: What-Was-That-word-itis
ReplyDeleteNow that add that to the list and it's really... really..... um..... I forgot.
